Princeton-Philly Power Electronics Advancement Consortium

Dear ,

I’m sending out a reminder about the Energy Conversion Congress and Expo (ECCE), which will be hosted in Philadelphia from October 19th to 23rd. This flagship conference for IAS and PELS marks its 17th year, with over 2,000 attendees expected. With only a week left, I wanted to highlight some of the key benefits of attending:

  • Conference Access: Registration includes entry to sessions, special sessions, and tutorials.
  • Day Pass Option: A $400 day pass (member discount included) offers an affordable option for local members wanting a more time-limited experience.
  • Free Exhibition (Open to the Public): 65 companies will be exhibiting on October 20–21.
    • Local Participants: Lehigh University, University of Pittsburgh, Magna-Power Electronics, Spang & Company, and the University of Connecticut.
  • Local Special Session Participation: Active PPPEAC members Dr. John Tsinetakes and Dr. Vishram Deshpande will participate in the:  “Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities for Power Electronics in Mission Critical Applications.”

Thanks, I hope you can find the time to participate and welcome the power-electronics community to our region!

Join Our Chapter Leadership!

We are always looking for our next leaders to run the chapter. Please volunteer to do a rotation so we can keep it running!
